Analysis and treatment of ink stacking fault in the printing process

ink stacking fault caused by ink refers to that ink accumulates on ink rollers, printing plates or blanket, and ink transfer is poor. In addition to paper, ink piling is caused by ink, printing press and plate press. The ink accumulates on the blanket, and the pigment is in a separated state of powder, which is pasted to death, and looks inconsistent in color. This is due to:

(1) the ink is poorly dispersed, and coarse particle inorganic pigments with too high relative density are used in the ink

(2) the ink film is too thick

(3) the ink is diluted too much and the binder is too thin
